Collection Removal Program

How early could I see results?

Credit Bureau Investigation Timeline Notice:   Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), credit reporting agencies have up to 30 days to complete their investigation after they receive your dispute, not from the date it is mailed. This 30‑day period includes the time required for the bureau to notify the furnisher (creditor/collection agency) and for the furnisher to respond.

Because of this federal timeline, results cannot be expected earlier than 30–45 days from the date the bureau receives your dispute. Please allow the full investigation period to pass before requesting status updates.

How does the Collection Removal Program work?

The Collection Removal Program is our full-service option. We handle the collection removal process on your behalf from start to finish, including account review, documentation analysis, dispute strategy development, and creditor and bureau communications when applicable.

Do I have to do any of the work myself?

No. This program is designed to be handled entirely by The Collection Repair Lab. Once enrolled, we manage the process for you while keeping you updated on progress.

How long does the process take?

Every case is different. Results depend on factors such as creditor response times, bureau investigations, reporting accuracy, and account complexity.

Do you guarantee collection removals?

No. Ethical and compliant credit service providers cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We work diligently to challenge inaccurate, unverifiable, or non-compliant collection accounts.

What types of collections can you work on?

We can review medical collections, utility collections, telecommunications collections, apartment collections, and other consumer collection accounts.

Collection Mastermind Course

What is the Collection Mastermind Course?

The Collection Mastermind Course is a self-paced educational program that teaches consumers how collection reporting works, dispute strategies, consumer rights, and credit restoration principles.

Is this course beginner-friendly?

Absolutely. The course is designed for individuals with little to no prior knowledge of collections or credit reporting.

How many coaching calls are included?

The program includes five one-on-one coaching calls with Ashley for personalized guidance and support.

How long do I have access to the course?

You will receive ongoing access to the course materials unless otherwise stated in your enrollment agreement.

Is the Credit Rebuilding Guide included?

Yes. Every Collection Mastermind student receives our bonus Credit Rebuilding Guide.

Hardship Program

What is the Hardship Program?

The Hardship Program is designed for individuals experiencing financial difficulties who still want professional collection removal services.

How does the Hardship Program work?

Instead of addressing multiple collection accounts simultaneously, we slow the process down and focus on one collection account at a time.

How much does it cost?

The Hardship Program is $50 per collection account.

Why is the program more affordable?

By focusing on one account at a time, we reduce the workload and spread the process over a longer period, making professional services more accessible.

How long does the Hardship Program take?

Processing times generally range from 12 to 24 months, depending on the number of collection accounts and the complexity of the case.

Is this program right for me?

If you're facing financial hardship and need a budget-friendly option while still working toward better credit, this program may be an excellent fit.

State Compliance Verification

What is State Compliance Verification?

State Compliance Verification demonstrates our commitment to operating in accordance with applicable state and federal laws governing credit-related services.

Why is compliance important?

Compliance helps ensure consumers receive ethical, transparent, and legally compliant services.

Are you compliant with consumer protection laws?

Yes. We strive to operate in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations and consumer protection requirements.

Does compliance guarantee results?

No. Compliance ensures ethical business practices, but no company can legally guarantee specific credit repair or collection removal outcomes.

Why should I choose a compliance-focused company?

Working with a compliance-focused company provides transparency, accountability, and consumer protection throughout the process.

Timelines & Expectations

How quickly can collections be removed?

Every account is unique. Some matters may be resolved relatively quickly, while others require multiple review cycles and extended investigation periods.

When will I start seeing results?

Results vary based on creditor responses, bureau investigations, documentation, and account history.

Will my credit score increase?

While collection removal may positively affect a credit profile, no score increase can be guaranteed.

Why do some cases take longer than others?

Factors such as account age, creditor responsiveness, reporting accuracy, and supporting documentation can affect timelines.

What if a collection isn't removed?

If a collection cannot be removed, we continue evaluating alternative strategies when appropriate and available.

Client Privacy & Security

Is my personal information secure?

Yes. Protecting client information is a top priority, and reasonable safeguards are implemented to protect your data.

Will my information be shared?

Your information is never sold. Information is only shared when necessary to provide services or when required by law.

How do you communicate with clients?

We communicate through approved methods such as email, phone, text messaging, and client portals when available.

Do you keep my information confidential?

Absolutely. Client confidentiality is a core value of The Collection Repair Lab.

How do I get started?

Simply schedule a consultation through our website. We'll discuss your situation and determine which service is the best fit.

Is there a consultation fee?

Consultation fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before booking.

What should I bring to my consultation?

Recent credit reports, collection account information, and any supporting documents are helpful.
